Welcome to HolidayHomeLand. Advertise with us for a flat annual fee of 60 euros for the first property and 20 euros for each additional property. No commissions and no hidden charges. By using or accessing HolidayHomeLand , you acknowledge that you are subject to the following terms and conditions and agree that they constitute a legally binding agreement. 1. Terms of Use - General
These terms and conditions are the terms on which HolidayHomeLand offers you access to the website and holiday rental services. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using our site. Our terms may be amended in whole or in part by us at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this website. You are responsible for ensuring that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions were last updated on 22nd June 2010. 2.Terms of Use - Home Owners and Renters
We put home owners or their agents ("owners") in touch with short term holiday renters ("renters") who use our site to book holiday rental or vaction rental homes ("property"). Our service is not for the use of long term renters or for those looking for permanent accommodation. HolidayHomeLand provides a venue to introduce potential holiday home renters to home owners or agents. We are not the agent of any owner listed on. We do not endorse any owner or any property, and we have no control over the suitability, quality or rental price of anything anyone advertises on our site. We are not involved, on behalf of either the owner or the renter, in any dispute resulting from use of the site or rental of a property advertised on the site. Owners and renters contract direct with each other and must communicate and deal with each other directly to resolve any problems. If an enquiry proceeds to become a booking, it is up to the renter and the owner to finalise rental terms and financial transactions. 3.Terms of Use - The Website
HolidayHomeLand will ensure that all paid up property adverts are displayed at all times on the website. An active property can only be deactivated by the HolidayHomeLand team based on a written request by the home owner/advertiser to remove it from the site. HolidayHomeLand is also at discretion to deactivate a property from the site if the payment has not been made or if we identify any issues with the nature of the updates or if it does not meet the requirements specified by us. HolidayHomeLand gives no undertakings, representations, or warranties in relation to the accuracy of information on the website and all information about the property is the sole responsibility of the holiday home owner or agent. HolidayHomeLand is not responsible or liable for any unavailability of accommodation, products or services that a home owner indicates on the site to be available. We take steps to ensure that information displayed on the site is accurate and complete, but we do not guarantee that the information on the site is free from errors or omissions and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. The HolidayHomeLand team reserves the right to alter information published on the site if we consider the information to be incorrect or misleading or if it does not suit the standard format requirements on our website. We will take all steps to ensure the availability of the site and related services, subject to any downtime required for maintenance. However, HolidayHomeLand takes no responsibility for any system unavailability, or for any loss or damage that is suffered as a result of the site or related services being unavailable for any reason. HolidayHomeLand does not warrant that the site and its related services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the site will be free from viruses or other harmful content although we will take all steps to ensure that the site is virus free and without any harmful content for its advertisers and users. We are also not responsible for the corruption of any data or information submitted via the site or held by us. 4. Obligations - Goodwill
All property listings and all communications made through the HolidayHomeLand website or in the name of the site shall be made in good faith. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the site or its related services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the site or the information featured on it for any purpose. 5. Obligations - Owner
You will comply with all laws relevant to short term rental of the properties you advertise on our site. You will only list a property for rent if you are authorised to do so. If you are a co-owner of a property, you must ensure that all other co-owners agree to you renting out and advertising the property. You will only advertise a self catered holiday rental that is equipped for self catering and this does not include bed & breakfast, camps, caravans, hotels and motels. You will ensure that each property you advertise on HolidayHomeLand represents an individual rental unit and it is not a generic advert for multiple properties. You agree to respond to enquiries in a timely manner and keep track of the enquiries and bookings that you receive from the HolidayHomeLand website. HolidayHomeLand relies on availability information from your calendar for availability based search. You agree to keep your calendar up to date. Failure to keep your calendar up to date will result in your property advert getting listed in the bottom of the page for all searches. 6. Obligations - Renter
While our site shows probable availability of some properties, it is not a guarantee that a specific property is available at a certain time. You must always check directly with the owner. You must always verify the pricing, availability and other important information like wheelchair accessibility, smoking permission, pets consideration etc with the owner prior to making a booking. Owners may have particular requirements or restrictions on their properties. If so, they are a matter between you and the owner. 7. Our Fees & Offers
If you are a renter, you do not pay us for the standard service we provide. If you are the owner, you must pay us the fees associated with your advertising on our site. We charge holiday home owners or agents a flat fee for the use of our website. There are no other hidden charges or commissions involved. Details about the process to advertise with us and fees applicable can be found on the advertise with us page. We will provide a special offer code or a discount code to owners for whom we provide a discount on the flat fee. This discount is to the sole discretion of the HolidayHomeLand website owners. We will review and change the flat fee for each year based on market conditions but all changes to our prices will be communicated to our customers and there will be No obligation to continue advertising on the site if the changes to the fees are not acceptable to the owner/advertiser. Fees charged will be applicable for a period of 12 months from when the property advert is activated on the site. All property activations/approvals will be subject to full payment of the fees by the owner. HolidayHomeLand is at full liberty to deactivate an active property advert from the website if payments are not made within the stipulated time. All our payments are processed through Paypal including credit card payments. A Paypal account is not required for credit card payments. Paypal ensures complete financial security for all payments. 8. Legal Governace
HolidayHomeLand website and its related services and our terms & conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland. 9. Intellectual Property Rights
The legal authorities of HolidayHomeLand own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the website (including text, graphics, logos, icons and sound recordings) and the software and other material underlying and forming part of the product & services of the website. You may not without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website. You will not commercialise, copy, or on-sell any information, or items obtained from any part of this website. 10. Privacy Laws
HolidayHomeLand will need to collect and record some personal information from you when you use our website and related services which includes your registeration details and information relating to your use of the website and the content you access. You agree that HolidayHomeLand may use this personal information to assist in providing better services to you, for internal research purposes, to verify your identity, for promoting and marketing other HolidayHomeLand services to you, and for any other use that you authorise. We release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate for legal compliance and law enforcement.
