HolidayHomeLand only advertises and markets Self Catered properties and this does not include bed & breakfast, hotels, motels, camps and caravans.

All holiday home owners and holiday rental agents who own or promote self catered houses, apartments, lodges, cabins, cottages, villas etc can advertise their property on HolidayHomeLand.

Each advert or listing can only be for an individual property or a single unit. You cannot provide a combined or generic description for multiple properties in a single advert.

Advertising Fees

 

• Flat annual fee of 60 euros for the first property and 20 euros for each additional property

• Free set up of the property adverts (you just need to provide us with your website details)

• Up to 20 photos per property at no additional cost

• Charges applicable for 12 months from when the property advert is activated on the site

• No commissions, no hidden charges and no obligations to continue year after year

• No special charges for any of the value added services that we provide eg: sms notifications, reciprocal links, last minute offers, region based marketing etc.

How to Set up a Property

 

You need to sign up on the website and create your own login account to list a property or you can contact us to do it for you.

Once you are logged in, you can add a new property and start creating the advert by updating all the relevant property pages. You can add up to 20 photos per property.

After completing all the pages, you need to submit an activation request to us by updating the payment page with the required payment details.

All our payments are processed through Paypal including credit card payments. A Paypal account is not required for credit card payments. Paypal ensures complete financial security for all payments.

You can login to your account to edit or update your listing at any time. There is no formal approval process for changes made.
