Located right in the historical center of Dijon, next to the Palais des Ducs, the apartment overlooks Magnin museum on a pedestrian street. The main entrance is just in front of the Beaux Arts museum, and the apartment is on the first floor of a 17°century building. Close to everything however very peaceful, being a listed building. The apartment consists of a large sitting room of 35m², with parquet flooring and a bedroom area (queen size bed, with down-free bedding). Flat screen TV with 200 international channels (CNN BBC World, Skynews…,) a DVD player with dvds, telephone, (free calls to 100 countries) high speed internet with a desktop, free WiFi access, a library, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini oven, 3gaz+1 electric hob, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster) breakfast provisions are provided for the guest to cook as well as first necessity food in the fridge on arrival, a bathroom with bath and toiletries. Separate toilet with basin. Air conditioning.

Many cultural and gastronomic experiences are waiting for you, churches, museums, markets, restaurants, parks, shops and cafés (but not only.. golf clubs, aqua parcs, lakes, Dijon-Prenois circuit etc...)
Have a walk to the covered food market (Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays)and go back to the flat to cook what you bought yourself like a Dijonnais. Taste the cheeses, bread, wines, delicatessen... Or enjoy a good meal from the restaurant around the corner!

Our stopover in France was meant to be a brief respite between seeing friends in Germany and Rome. Being our first time to France, we chose somewhere more "rural" than Paris. From the moment we met Coco and saw the flat, it was evident that the charms of this place far outweighed any other option we could have chosen. The first night we opted for a simple meal of cheeses fruit bread and pastries from the local vendors. Something we highly recommend. Our 2nd night we ventured to one of the local restaurants where the food was out of this world! The only thing lacking in our stay here was not having enough time. Thank you Coco for being such a wonderful hostess. We will endeavor to be back and to send as many friends as who will need our advice to visit you. Now off to cooking class!
