This villa is set on 1.8 acres, of tropical landscaping and includes a fabulous two level, two bedroom main villa coupled with two private and fully equipped one bedroom guest cottages. In the main villa the gourmet kitchen and dining area, coupled with a living room to laze, relax, read. There is a powder room on the main floor for your convenience. Both the main villa and guest cottages are equipped with Cable TV, air-conditioning (which is included in the price of rental) and ceiling fans. The infinity-edged pool is sunk into the sundeck in front of main house and between the two cottages. The sundeck is perfect for catching the cooling trade wind breezes while tanning on loungers or dining al fresco. The villa overlooks the stunning azure blue waters of Chalk Sound on the Island of Providenciales, whose myriad small cays offer not only great views, but fascinating Turks and Caicos snorkeling and kayaking.

Bright Idea main house and two guest cottages for a total of 2,500 sq feet of interior living space to spread out in. 1.8 acres of exterior living space includes an infinity edge pool, BBQ (propane), alfresco dining with seating for 8 on a spacious 800 sq foot sundeck, and both cottages have terraces. And the best is that everything is cooled by Caribbean trade winds. Comfortable and airy interior space, with monitored security.
