This high quality and modern first floor apartment is located in a tranquil residential area of Puerto Pollensa and enjoys mountain views. Whilst being only a five minute flat walk from the beach it is part of a small community with private swimming pool measuring 8x8m. The apartment is bright and sunny and a very spacious 95m2 with a fully furnished, south facing 15m2 balcony guaranteeing sun all day. The apartment is immaculately decorated and furnished, as well as being fully air conditioned. The lounge has two very comfortable sofas, a television with DVD player and access onto the balcony. The spacious top of the range kitchen comes very well equipped with all mod cons. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has patio doors onto the balcony. There a two modern bathrooms (one en suite with walk-in shower whilst the other has a bath with overhead shower). Electric shutters, double glazing and marble floors throughout.

Palma airport is only a 40 minute drive away. Puerto Pollensa can be reached by taxi (approx 70 euros each way, we can book this for you), bus (either public or transfer service) or hire car. Puerto Pollensa is a quiet family resort which offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and pavement cafes. Catering for all tastes and budgets. There is a good size Eroski supermarket 5 minutes away from the apartment.

        The property is fully air conditioned throughout with both hot and cold air. It is insulated with double glazed windows, marble floors, electric shutters in the bedrooms and has been built using high quality materials. This is a very comfortable apartment, bright and sunny, peaceful.

        There is a golf course (9 holes) in Pollensa just 10 minutes drive and a brand new golf course in Alcudia/Alcanada (also 10 min away),18 holes with an amazing view on the beaches of Puerto Alcudia.
