 A self-catering rental with small pool and games room, ideal for families and larger groups.
 

The gite has a large spacious open plan lounge/diner which is tastefully decorated and retains the original charms of exposed stonework to one wall and beamed ceilings. There are two large double bedrooms and a large twin room. If required, there is a cot and also an extra single bed to accommodate an extra person. One of the most popular attractions of the gite is the games room next to the garden where guests can play pool, table tennis, darts,and table football ensuring fun in all weathers. The garden, with the above ground pool is at the rear of the property and is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the gentle trickling of the River Manaurie as it meanders its way to the River Vezere. Owners Jill and Paul live discreetly on-site but are on hand to welcome you and help with any enquiries you may have e.g. tourist information, restaurant bookings etc. All the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne are within 30 minutes drive

Description of location
 

La Fargeotte is set in the lush green countryside of the Perigord Noir and is perfectly situated to visit the lovely towns and picturesque villages of the Dordogne such as Bergerac, Sarlat, Perigueux, Les Eyzies, Montignac and Le Bugue. It is a lovely rural property set at the foot of the historical Chateau de Miremont. There are several lovely walks from the gite, one of which will take you up to the Chateau and its spectacular views.
